Negative Leap Seconds are seconds that have to be subtracted from a year to keep time accurate, like a leap year down to a second.  This exhiition was about separation from time and place, but also separation of person from themselves.  Mixing video from Emmar's time in Taiwan with AI, as well as Emmar using AI to wash over himself to create characters, an exploration is made about permanence.

A vanity is projection mapped with a character in three mirrors, a large hologram, a wall movie, some AI generated music, and monkeys converted by a monstrous AI wash engender the vibes of this installation.
